No one should be surprised by the vile racism and hate speech being espoused by people such as Reverend Wright. You have to wonder how many of his followers believe his nonsense and go home hating white people? How many of the many violent black males who kill white people, (particularly white college girls down south), went to these such churches as young boys and were told there is no hope, do not even try, the system is stacked against you, it is not your fault, you have no control or personal responsibilty, so anything you do is a product of society and evil whites?

An even worse ingredient to this mix of the black panthers who shouted death threats at the innocent Duke 3 is The Muslim Brotherhood and Nation of Islam who are recruiting black male prisoners in larger numbers than any other religion in the US. The next attack in the US may come from one of these who can hide under the radar.

A large group of illegal aliens from Albania, many of them radical Muslims who sympathize with Al Qaeda and hate the very US that protected them from the Serbs have stolen a piece of land from the Serbs. The West is applauding and holding hands with Kosovo, singing Kum by Ah and is setting a dangerous precedent for many more separatist movemnets in the future. In the new media where "ethnic albanian" is the politically correct term for Radical Muslim and where "Youth" is used instead of radical muslim on the streets of Paris, Al qaeda is laughing at the west for defending and supporting Kosovo. It will not be long before Spanish speakers in the Southwest United States get enough numbers to start pushing their agenda to "take back" Mexico, as is taught in their schools. MECCHA and La RASA love what has happened in central europe. It is time the West stood with the Serbian people and protected THEM from Muslim aggression. No one condones the ethnic cleansing, but why can Euro liberals excuse violence when done by Palestinians or European Muslims?, but then completely demonize the Serbs? Answer, because the Serbs are white and christian, and Western liberals only feel good when they feel sorry for people who are not straight, white, or Christian.

Today, once again a third US president is brokering a peace deal between Israel and Palestine. This will be the fourth offering of a Palestinian state by Israel in 50 years. This will be the 10th time Israel has agreed to concede more land for peace. Lets take a look at the last time 2000, led by Clinton along with Arafat and Barak, what happened? Arafat was offered 98% of the Palestinian land request, which means Israel overly compromised more than 50/50, Arafat refused and started the Intifada which was in play when 911 happened. 911 by the way led by a fomer prisoner in an Israeli jail, Mohamed Atta who had blood on his hands, when Clinton forced the Israelis to release him, Thanks alot.

Today, Iran refuses to send a delegation but has no problem sending money and weapons to Hamas and Hezbollah. The Saudis who are exporting Wahhabism around the world, financing radical schools in the EU and US refuse to shake the hands of Israeli officials. Meanwhile, Israelis are going about their business in peace, while Palestinians are in the street rioting with their own police and troops, chanting the usual death to Israel, the US and the Jews, (notice they do not differentiate between Israelis and Jews, their hate is aimed equally at a 20 year old Jew born in California, who has never served in the Israeli army, has never been there and has not one ounce of blame for refugee camps).

As usual, Palestine will refuse the deal, will refuse the land and will continue rocket attacks aimed at women and children, when Israel responds just as say the English would if Wales started firing rockets over the border, or the US would if Mexico or Canada started firing rockets over the border. The entire UN, world, American left, BBC and Channel 4 will condem (everyone except some American Republicans and evangelical christians) will condemn Israel in their response at self defense.

For the past 50 years, Israel has continued to reach out and offer land for peace, each time their hand has been bitten and their compromise is only seen as weakness by Palestinian extremists, Iran, Saudis and Syria.

It is time the Western media pointed this out and stopped being intimidated by the rising Islamic miltancy in their own countries, one of the reasons for bias against Israel is fear, fear in the Western European media of their own miltant Islamists on the streets of Bradford, Leeds, London, Dearbourne, Paris, Antwerp, Brussels, Rotterdam, Stockholm, Rome, Berlin, Hamburg, why are they not equally scared of Israeli lobbyists? If there is such a powerful zionist conspiracy, why is it not forcing media to slant in Israel's favor? BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ONE!!! Jews in the EU and US are not radical, they are not trying to convert or revert us, they are not chanting in the streets to overthrow democracy and impose any kind of Sharia (Yiddish) law on us.

Why do I love/hate America?

People often ask me, why do you want to live here? What do you like about America? Is it not better in the UK? It is amazing that many Americans who have never lived or worked in the UK, really believe that life is much easier and better. The same thing goes for many Brits who ask me the same thing, the ones who have never lived or worked in the US often ask similar questions, let me try and explain a few things.

1, Freedom of Speech, it is true that on paper, the British really do have a freedom of speech, however in practice when compared with America, it is apples and oranges. Here are some examples: there is no huge talk radio movement in the UK where conservatives get free airtime to deliver their message to a market audience. Political TV adverts are actually banned in the UK which may sound nice to some, but is actually a form of tolerated censor ship. The overwhelming slant in the UK media is anti-American, anti-Israeli, anti-capitalist and soft-left center. You very rarely hear an opposing view anywhere. In the US, liberal politicians do not get away with comments any more, the mainstream media may cover for them, but the free speech radio and internet is unforgiving and allows regular folk to hear balance.

2, Student bashing does not exist in America, in Britain when I was a student, hatred and resentment of students was rampant in all sections of society including workers, unemployed, celebrities and comedians. This helped fuel the huge crimewaves against students in many cities where there were student targetted assaults, muggings, burglaries and auto theft for almost a decade. I have never heard of or seen anything like this in the many "college towns" in America, it simply does not exist, I have worked many many blue collar jobs in the US and have never ever heard a derogatory word said about "students" in 7 years. When I left a factory job in the US to go back to school, every colleague was totally encouraging and positive about it. When I think back to my factory job after High School before college in the UK, it was nothing but negative discouragement about going to college, except for the few Indians who had been themselves who were encouraging, I am glad that I listened to them more than the tattooed skinheads, drug dealers and deadbeats.

3, Second Amendment rights, despite attemps to link crime to guns, it has been proven time and time again that banning guns does not reduce crime, infact the opposite is true, gun crme in Britain is up 40% despite strict laws, violent crimes are up to a record high in 2006. A law abiding citizen should be allowed to carry a gun and defend themselves, their property and family from aggression. After being victimized many times in the UK with no defence I will defend the second amendment to the end so that they can take my gun "from my cold dead hands!". The problem in the US is simply stopping the criminals and messed up kids from getting them.

4,I hate the drug commercials on TV, it makes too many people neurotic and has resulted in massive unnecessary use of prescription drugs and a record addiction level to prescription pain killers.

5, I hate the "refuse to walk" culture, so many Americans will not even walk five minutes to a shop or to buy a pizza. I watched my neighbors the other day literally drive a 2 minute drive up the street in fine weather, with no heavy bags or carrying anything. Some people in rural remote maine have a legitimate excuse, but even so, there are many towns and cities with areas to walk, not utilized.

6, I hate politically correct wimpy nonsense that has replaced common sense, not racially profiling, airport security, school textbooks, the removal of all christian symbols, with complete tolerance of non-christian symbols. Pandering to muslims in schools and colleges, while banning christians from expressing themselves.

7, Accessibilty to the common man, if you go out hunting in the woods in any state in the USA, you will meet plumbers, electricians, nurses, fireman, cops, doctors, lawyers and businessmen. The only hunting done in the UK is by very wealthy elites on private land. I like the fact that regular folk have access to outdoor pursuits in the USA, also if you go to a lake you will find regular folk driving boats and owning camps on lakes, another pass time reserved for the elites in the UK. Also personalized number plates in the US are dirt cheap compared to the UK, so again regular folk have access, when in the UK it is only the wealthy.

8, I am not sure exactly how the prescription drug abuse problem is in the UK, but I can tell you in the US, it is rampant and out of control, every emergency room and doctors office sees people addicted to prescription narcotics. People will spend hours waiting in ER's to try and obtain narcotics, while people with genuine sickness and injury have to wait even longer because of these idiots.

Mel Gibson

While we are on the subject of Mel Gibson, does anyone remember the tolerant, balanced and non-violent reaction from the Jewish community over his anti-semetic drunken rants in the back of a taxi? There were NO death threats, no riots, no killings, no burning effegies, no smashing buildings and no attacks on Australians or people named Mel. Some Rabbis even invited him for dialogue and gave him an opportunity to discuss and apologize, so they could forgive him.

Compare this to the many many reactions in the islamic world to similar events, killings, riots, death threats, burning flags of denmark, assassinations of film makers and journalists. Threats to boycott all Danish companies. Smashing embassies all over the world.

When you compare these two different approaches, ask yourselves should we really view Hamas and Hezbollah as similar to the Israeli defence forces? Should we really view them equally as two legitimate opponents in a territorial dispute?

Of course the answer is no, the Israelis will not come after Europe or America, if the Palestinians dissapear. However, if Israel is destroyed WE (the west) are next.

Another great movie by Mel Gibson with many comparisons that can be made with todays world.

1, The total lack of respect for human life by the savage tribe can be a comparison to the 40 million humans killed by abortion or the hard push by the atheist left to experiment on humans for stem cell research. This kind of disrespect in the name of "progressiveness" is the beginning of the down fall of a great civilization.

2, The total denial of fear or the imminent threat by the Father of the civilized tribe in order to "protect" his village can easily be an analogy for the US government before 9/11 or the UK govt before 7/7 or the mindset of the left in Britain or the US who want us to return to a state of denial and go back on defence as was the failed policy before 911. It is the militant left in the UK who are in collaboration with militant islam who have prevented any counterterrorism measures being implemented by Tony Blair that are necessary to save lives in the UK. That last plot by the terrorist doctors in the UK only failed because of their incompetence it was not stopped by the efficieny of the UK govt or intelligence agencies.

3, Another analogy can be that the infighting between the tribes in Apocalypto kept them divided and made them weak and easily defeated by the arriving Spanish. This is like the totally polarized political climate in the US, where the democrats have put their careers ahead of US security and victory. The US democrats are completely invested in defeat in Iraq and many of them have been caught on tape saying that "success in iraq would be bad for us", this is sedition and treason of the highest order. It exposes the real reason behind them trying to undercut the effort and stab the US troops in the back, as well as the Iraqi people and moderate muslims in the Middle East. The deep division in American and British society has kept us weak and ineffective, the radical islamists know this and use it to their advantage. It is the US left who are trying to undercut surveillance and "kill the patriot act" which puts more lives in danger. Policies put in place by The Bush admin have prevented any more attacks on US soil since 911, the British have had another attack since 7/7 and more are coming, because of leftist scum collaborating with radical islam, the likes of Galloway and Livingstone come to mind.

4, Then there are the mass graves that the "chosen one" fell into while trying to escape from the savages, anyone who does not immediately think of Saddam Hussein's graves when they see this must live in a cave or be a staunch Liberal. You remember the mass graves that the European and US media is trying to make you forget? If you forget about them maybe you will believe the lies being pushed that the Iraqis were better off under Saddam. Then you will become even more anti American and anti Bush.
The common liberal thought seems to be that when Saddam was killing people quietly without a world news media watching, that was somehow better than now. Like saying the South African blacks were better off under Apartheid? HOGWASH!!!!!!

Another great bit about this movie was the fact that he did not try and sugarcoat or romanticize the ancient tribes, he showed their savagery. This is unlike many portrayals of tribes by many who paint them as peaceful and perfect and only white christian settlers are evil.

Iowa Straw Poll

Mike Huckabee shows that you can win votes simply by being a nice guy and making people laugh, despite having very little funding or a solid platform of radical ideas. At the previous debates, he has made the most people laugh and has been probably the least controversial or confrontational with his other contenders. He has limited his personal attacks to humerous mild jokes about only democrats. This seems to have paid off immensely, it is no surprise that Mitt Romney won, he has raised the most dollars and can afford to bus in the most people. Let us not forget though that the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places were very close with only 626 votes separating 2nd and 4th. That is 626 votes between radical, controversial Tom Tancredo and nice mild mannered Mike Huckabee. Unfortunately, like Bush and McCain, nice guys fail to get much done in the way of the big reforms that the American public are demanding on such things as spending and immigration. I fear that Mike Huckabee would be too nice to cut the programs necessary to reform spending or to enforce immigration law. America needs an aggressive radical Thatcherite personality such as Tom Tancredo to stand up to lobbyists, illegal aliens, education department, government bureaucracies and let us not forget terrorists and their sponsors as well as the Chinese.

Rudy Guiliani has a proven track record of standing tough against criminals and reducing crime, Mike Huckabee does have a great track record of cutting taxes and reforming healthcare in Arkansas, but other than a democratic congress, where were his tough adversaries that he defeated?

Protestors in Maine

Where were the ACLU, Gay rights groups and Journalist rights groups protesting Vladimir Putin when he was here in Kennebunkport, the few signs I saw on the news were all the usual Bush hating crap, but not much about an actual real dictator in Russia who is denyng freedom of speech in Russia and is denying homosexuals the basic human rights they have here, Canada and Europe. As usual the protestors are so ignorant of what is really going on around the world, they are so blinded by their hatred of Bush, that they missed a real opportunity to really protest actual repression of human rights inside Russia.

I did not see the Maine National Guard or US military carrying protesters away simply for being there, putting old ladies into buses, never to be seen again, like what is happening on the streets of Moscow NOW. I have not seen American Journalists being murdered for speaking out against Bush or criticizing him, like happened in Russia and the UK to Russian journalists. I have not seen Gay pride rallies in the US being interrupted by neo-nazi thugs with actual physical violence on the camera, as happened in Moscow just last month.

Why do you people always miss the point? Why are you so focused on feeling guilty to be American and so blindly focused on hating Bush that you cannot see real injustice when it is right in front of your face?

Even though he is a disgusting, slimey, lying, immature and babyish slob, he still has a right to make whatever tripe films he wants, he is totally free to engage in whatever propaganda he wishes. Notice that no conservatives or right wingers are trying to censor or silence him, just because they disagree with him? Look at the stark contrast of how lefties try to silence talk radio that disagrees with them, such as the new "Fairness Doctrine". I only watch Micheal Moore's movies when they are free, so I have not given him any profit. I am glad that one of the Canadians in his movie is speaking out about how misleading his movie is. The Republican candidates need to watch his movie before they start picking it apart intellectually, they actually NEED to spend the 4 bucks to watch it, so they can counterargue it with credence. When MM was interviewed on CNN and asked "How can healthcare in the UK be free? when it is paid for by taxes?". He simply had no answer and then sounded off about Iraq.

Someone else should challenge him about that too, there is no massive influx of oil into the US from Iraq and all of the contracts so far for development have gone to non-US companies. When he said "There is no terror threat" in 2004, was he referring to Madrid, London, Bali, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Indonesia, Southern Thailand, Phillipines, the liquid explosives airplane plot, the 8 doctors in the UK who tried to come to the USA, the plot to assassinate the CANADIAN PM, the plot to blow up downtown TORONTO, the plot to blow up barracks in New Jersey, the enclosed compounds of Islamic training camps that have sprung up in upstate New York. Or perhaps he was referring to the 5 radical muslims in miami, the Iranian student who ran over his fellow classmates in the US, the repeated calls for a jihad against the West from mosques inside Europe and the US and the many many more foiled plots as well as successful ones arond the world.

My main poblem with Fahrenheit 911, was that he proposed no solution to dealing with the terrorists or state sponsors of terrorism directed at the US and allies. His solution to everything is simply to Canadianize and Europeanize the USA and everything will be great, as a former European I can tell him that people from all over the world want to come here more than anywhere else for a good reason. I do agree that healthcare needs an overhaul, but simply copying government systems that are providing overall lower quality, bigger waiting lists, lower access is not the solution. Fidel Castro did not use Cuban doctors when he got sick. The conjoined twins are not separated in Cuba, but across the sea in Miami.

He is free to do this and he actually does maybe do some good, by at least highlighting the need for reform and getting a lively debate going with his extreme wacked out views.

Buchanan vs Guttierez on Meet the Press

Great to see Pat Buchanan lambast Guttierez on immigration this sunday, all the democrat could do was throw the race card and that is it. Buchanan gave as bluntly as possible the view of most average working, taxpaying Americans, including legal Hispanics and legal Blacks and legal Asians. Even Tim Russett, obviouly does not get it, he tries to make out the opposition to Amnesty is against all immigration, this is just plain nonsense, but is used over and over again by the open border elite to cloud the arguement with "racism".

Guttierez offered no solutions to the 500,000 felons (rapists, murderers, child molesters included) who are here illegally, who U S taxpayers will have to pay for in the prison system. He kept throwing the anti-hispanic racist arguement without any facts or evidence to back it up. When it comes to anti-amnesty republicans losing the Republican party, NO MR SPEAKER!! it is Republicans such as Bush, McCain and Trent Lott who will lose the party, not Sessions, Tancredo or Buchanan. Lindsey Graham will help destroy the republican party in South Carolina, not the voters who handed in their memberships in disgust or the voters who have booed him off stage.

So Paris Hilton is out after three days in jail, it is no surprise that she used whatever means necessary to manipulate the heterosexual male sherrif or male psychiatrist to get out. What IS surprising is the fact that they fell for it, what a bunch of wimpy politically correct idiots and perverts they all must be. Look at the difference in how Martha Stewart acted, compared to her, Martha served her sentence with honor and character, she demonstrated what it took to be a self-made wealthy woman, unlike spoilt wimpy barbie who has no idea what it would take to build up a wealthy empire from nothing.

This move by the sherrif and if it is supported by the judge, is going to anger the masses of all color, it is going to feed fuel to the socalists, marxists and communists of the world who will use her as an example of how the rich are given special treatment. When you have growing resentment of the rich, it helps people like Hilary Clinton, Barak Obama, Al Sharpton and John Edwards, who though wealthy themselves can use it to divide and feed off the politics of envy. Not to mention Al qaeda and their sympathizers who will use this example of the decadence annd corruption of western society.

If only, this judge and psychiatrist had thought about this, instead of thinking with their other heads/helmets, they probably both fantasize about being the car in that burger commercial and hope the favor will be repayed.

Last night, a minority political elite led by Bush-McCain-Kennedy failed to push through an open border amnesty agenda that was designed to serve the Mexican Government, La Rasa, Meccha and certain Corporations who lust after cheap labor. The vast majority of Americans including legal hispanics, legal asians and legal blacks and legal whites like me were against it. The only reason this bill did not pass was because of the total free speech on talk radio and the internet. God bless Laura Ingraham, Rush Limbargh, Sean Hannity, Bill Orielly, Rusty Humphries, Mike Gallagher and Mike Savage for actually highlighting the details of this bill. God bless internet sites who organized petitions such as NumbersUSA.org, Grassfire.org and the many many more. God bless all the American people who called their senators, signed petitions and protested against Lindsey Graham by handing in their Republican membership cards in South Carolina. God bless Duncan Hunter, Tom Tancredo and Mitt Romney (though belatedly, I stated months ago that he would move into the lead if he adopted the view of the American people on immigration, the last foxnews poll showed him leading with 29%) for bringing this issue up at the debates. God bless the 12 democrats who joined 38 Republicans (including Snowe and Collins of Maine) who killed this bill last night.

May God continue to bless the volunteer Minutemen on the border (Richardson (d) called them heroes, while Bush called them vigliantes), the National Guard, the Border Patrol, the INS, ICE and the two border agents Ramos and Compean who are sitting in jail waiting for a pardon for doing their job on the border.

If the Fairness Doctrine passes and succeeds in silencing and censoring talk radio, Fascist bills like this would easily pass without any comment. We must continue to fight big brother moves like this.

As a legal resident who came into this country legally, fully vaccinated and with police background checks, it is disgusting to watch politicians sell out the American people with this act of treachery. 12-20 million people who jumped a fence, 60% of them high-school drop outs with no special skills have just been added to the welfare roll and the Democrat party. Even as "legals", the vast majority will still collect $3 from the taxpayer for every $1 they pay in taxes, they are not adding to the economy by doing menial slave jobs, if they were not available, the farmers and companies would not be able to abuse them with inhumane wages. The media is trying to make us feel sorry for farmers, restaurants and hotels who want to be allowed to pay less than minimum wage. If the illegals were legal and waiting in line, like I did, the wages for these jobs would have to go up and all Americans would benefit.

A better bill would simply be, finish the fence all 2000 miles of it, at the same time grant as many visas as it takes for legal residents to come and work in the farms and hotels, until every job is filled.

It is simply a different attitude to the Irish, Italians and Germans who arrived at Ellis Island, they did not demand free interpreters at hospitals, they did not demand welfare, free housing or bilingual education. They did not march through the streets of the US, waving the Irish, Italian and German flags while burning the American flag. They were not brainwashed in their native schools to think that the Southwest of the US is really "theirs" to be taken back by a barbarian invasion and impregnation. Last year, the US soccer team played Mexico in Los Angeles, USA, the AMERICAN national anthem was booed and bottles were thrown at the US team, how many of the Mexican fans lived in the LA area do you think? The same people who march through the streets stating how American they are.

The Roman Empire collapsed shortly after it opened its borders to the barbarians who shared no love of the Roman Culture or language. This bill further sends the US towards third world status and bankruptcy, the second dark ages will not be caused by middle east policy, but by domestic policy.

Global Warming

We really need to view Global Warming like some of us view God, we should believe in it, just incase we're right. The debate should be over, scientists on both sides should just give up and all of us should act as if it is a real threat. Liberals and Conservatives need to get past the pigeon holing stereotypes that Conservative means love Bush, pro war, anti gay and anti environment. We should CONSERVe the environmnent, CONSERVe our resources, CONSERVe our savings accounts, CONSERVe the Federal Reserve. Naturally growing fuel in the US or using renewable fuel is of course better than importing from Saudis and Venezuela. The oil in the ground of the USA is best left there as a strategic reserve for the future, just in case.

Lower emissions, Higher miles per gallon are all CONSERVATiVE use of resources. There is a small town out in Indiana, where everything in the town is powered by renewable fuels, this is a brilliant model that every town in the US should be striving for. We do not need too much government or nanny state ideals to achieve it, just lots of education and leadership by everyone with the means. America should be racing to be the first at achieving this, imagine sitting back and being totally self sufficient, while watching India, China and Russia all compete for oil from Iran, Venezuela and the Saudis, if that is not a recipe for war I don't know what is, but one thing is for sure, it would be nice if we could choose whether or not to particpate in it, would n't it?

Just for the record, for all those who shouted "Blood for Oil" on the streets of America, UK and Europe, are you aware that all the oil contracts in Iraq so far have gone to countries other than the US? Are you aware that not one extra drop of oil has come to the US since the invasion? Are you aware that if the US market was suddenly flooded with Iraqi oil, the supply would go up and the prices would be going down not up? Oil companies in the US are benefitting most from NOT having their hands on Iraqi oil, the supply is low, so the prices are going up and up and up.

I hope Sarkozy's Iron fist comes down so hard it sends a shock wave that is felt in every corner of Europe and North America. With 53% of the nation backing him, he has a real chance to lead the way in Europe and put the pathetic, politically-correct, suicidal, liberalism of open borders without Assimilation or even jobs, behind them. This is a huge defeat for socialism, radical islam and a great win for patriotism, capitalism and law and order. It is a small defeat for Hilary Clinton and a small win for Conservative America. Republicans should watch him very closely, if he does everything he says he will, they will perhaps learn quickly that sticking to your principles is better than trying to appease "moderates" like Ted Kennedy, MoveOn.org, La Raza, Meccha and Code Pink. He won and appealed to the majority of France by being honest and real, he did not try to appeal to the "middle", nor did he try to win the votes of illegal aliens or their families.

A much more exciting and interesting debate even to the most ardent Fox News hater, this time candidates were asked real questions and given time to answer and attack each other. This was in great contrast to the immature stupid questions shovelled up by Chris Matthews and Politico.

Mike Huckabee opened the laughter with " we are spending more than John Edwards in a beauty shop". Then the attacks started, Tancredo on McCain/Guiliani/Romney for supporting Amnesty, then Romney on McCain for campaign finance reform and for McCain/Kennedy Immigration amnesty. This was a great move by Romney to distinguish himself from the two front runners by not supporting amnesty for illegals.

Ron Paul committed political suicide by suggesting that the US invited 911 by its foreign policy, Guiliani tore into this and got the loudest applause of the night. The thing is, many Americans (many democrats/muslims) and many around the world actually agree with Ron Paul's view, lets take a more detailed look at US foreign policy for the ten years up to 911.

1991, the US pushes Hussein out of Kuwait with minimal force, they were fully supported by the UN, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia who even let them build a base which remained permanent. Osama Bin Laden wanted to fight Hussein instead of US.

1993, first WTC attack in NYC, which means first attack was already being planned before allies began bombing Iraq.

1998, US retreats from Somalia after losing 8

Not sure of exact dates, but during this time Bill Clinton bombed Serbia (in defense of muslims) and helped host multiple peace talks between Israelis and Palestinians.

Also during the latter half of Clinton's second term, the US and UK carried out bombing raids on military targets in Iraq, because Hussein refused to allow weapons inspectors in or uphold any side of multiple UN resolutions.

Does Ron Paul and his ilk really believe this is an aggressive foreign policy deserved of 911??. This was actually a very weak and uninterventional foreign policy by most standards. It shows not only is he wrong, but that Tancredo is correct that Al Qaeda would have planned attacks on US whether or not Israel existed and whether or not they were in Iraq or Afghanistan.

From this minimal intervention in the middle east, the only state or country that has a motive for 911 is Iraq or perhaps Palestine, yet no Palestinians or Iraqis in the plot, many US citizens who were wealthy and educated, infact the leader did not become radicalized in the Middle East, not until he reached Europe. This can defintely be attributed to the venomous anti-US/Israeli media in Europe. (Bin Laden deliberately chose Saudis to implicate the Royal family he hates) I am not suggesting that Hussein had anything to do with 911, but if it were a murder mystery, Angela Lansbury would have Hussein at the top of the list for a MOTIVE. The fact that there were plenty of Al Qaeda camps in Iraq before 911 and plenty of meetings with the Iraqi Republican Guard, suggest they may have had some idea. Don't forget Hussein appeared with a well planned speech on 911 or the day after suggesting it was the result of US foreign policy, the same view as Ron Paul.

The hidden costs and problems with socialized healthcare are:

1, The US healthcare system currently benefits from a brain drain from around the world, the many talented Doctors, Nurses and other professionals come to the Private US system to make a better salary and for the most part enjoy better working conditions. This benefits all Americans including those without insurance who still get treated. If the US government ran healthcare, those salaries would start to slide down to the level of the UK or Canada (JUST LOOK AT REIMBURSEMENT RATES FROM MEDICARE AND MEDICAID), therefore, the incentive to move to the US would be taken away from the many talented around the world, an even greater shortage of healthcare providers would ensue and American patients would suffer.

2, When you fund a healthcare system by taxes, you never have enough money, self employed people in the UK bend over backwards to find ways to avoid paying taxes, what you are left with is an underfunded system that can only survive with a tax increase and the cycle continues. You cannot cheat a health insurance company, you either the pay the premiums or you are not covered, in the UK, patients who have private plans are moved to the front of the line for surgeries that include Heart bypass, while those with "free" healthcare wait up to two years.

3, Another way they try and push it is to say, oh well look at those countries who have socialized plans, they spend 90% of their money on prevention, YES BUT, what is the total amount of dollars per patient. If the US spends $10,000 per patient and only 40% on prevention, that is $4k per patient, if Norway spends only $4k per patient but spends 90% on prevention that is less than the American, so tell me who is being treated better? Democrats push these figures without accurately and honestly representing them, hoping you will just blindly follow the mantra without question, they hope you have no idea about what values and principles America was founded on and chances are you don't because you went to a Liberal public school for anti-US indoctrination.

Republican Presidential Debate

Tommy Thompson's idea of letting the Iraqis vote on whether to keep US troops there was the best idea of the night and would be a win win outcome for the USA. If the Iraqi's vote "NO", then that gives the US an exit strategy not based on surrender and retreat, remember Al Qaeda is going to claim victory no matter when or how the US leaves, their opinion is irrelevant. Hezbollah claim victory in Lebanon last year, despite being pushed completely back and losing 1109 compared to 100 Israelis. The Israelis forced a UN "peace keeping" force to come to the border and halt rocket attacks, a victory despite not getting back one kidnapped troop.

If the Iraqi's vote "YES" it proves that the Democrats are wrong in stating the majority of Iraqi's want us out, it also proves the alledged majority of the US public are wrong in believing that. It would give the US much needed legitimacy in the middle east too.

Mitt Romney is obviously the most photogenic with the most hair and least grey, he has the 1950's hollywood movie star looks and tan, he looks like the college quaterback who would date the prom queen. This will win him alot of support with the baby boomer women, he is still not clear on where he stands on illegal immigration, if he adopts the Tancredo position I think he will leap to the front.

Dr Paul is the only anti-war candidate, he is correct that a traditional american conservative republican position, is against any kind of intervention that is not a direct threat, one can argue endlessly on whether Iraq/Iran represent/ed such an imminent threat. He is also correct to bring up the fact that the USSR had 40,000 nukes at one time, actually more than the US, Ronald Reagan DID NOT ATTACK THEM, he recognised the threat and built up arms accordingly, he did not need to order a preemptive strike and there was no disaster.

Duncan Hunter and Jim Gilmore appear to be the tough, mature, old school conservatives who appeal to a base. Duncan Hunter gained alot of support for building a real fence on the California border and he seemed to follow traditional conservative themes, as well as a "NO Amnesty" stance on illegals.

John McCain claims to want to cut spending, but then turns around to say he will use Federal funds for stem cell research, he is just going to be another big spender. Like Bush, he is not going to have the balls to cut any programs, he is not going to cut any mandatory spending, the value of the dollar will contnue to slide, making Americans poorer in the world. Tancredo is right, that endless vetoes will not touch the deficit.

Unfortunately, despite having great conservative positions, Tom Tancredo appeared nervous and stuttering, the last thing Republicans and America need is another stumbling, fumbling, inarticulate President who cannot speak clearly and is laughed at around the world. He was also unclear as to what "disengagement from Iraq" would entail.

The debate was kind of stupid though, he was stuck at the end and ignored by Chris Matthews who could decide who to let speak over time and who not to.

Nobody really answered anything substantial except Senator Clinton, she was the only candidate who gave a straight answer to "what if the US was attacked with nuclear weapons?". She was the only candidate who used the word "retaliate" and for that I think she won in the eyes of any non-liberal minded red blooded and red meat eating male.

It was sad to see Mike Gravel of Alaska, he acted like he is developing Alzheimer's and took alot of pressure off of the other candidates by acting wild and reckless, you could see the quiet smirking on the faces of Clinton and Obama, everytime he spoke. They must have been thinking "wow this is great, this makes me look stable", I would not be surprised if having him up there acting the clown was deliberate strategy.

Senator Obama is very slick, he appeared on a post card from the American Academy of Physician Assistants that I received, there was one other Democrat, but no Republicans in sight, he is shrewd enough to know how to win favor with one of the fastest growing professions in the US.

I feel sorry for the US soccer fans who are expecting David "PONCE" Beckham to save their game and make it more popular. If Pele (the greatest player the world has ever seen) could not do it during the seventies, how can we expect that Beckham will?

Pele retired a hero in Brazil and the World, Beckham has left the English team in disgrace with a string of poor performances, he walked off his last game crying for himself. The whole team relied on him to cross and get free kicks, but that is all he did.

Regarding the English team, they should be replaced by the England Under 21's immediately, we might still have a chance to qualify for Euro 2008 if they did that.

For those of you that missed the explosive debate, I can tell you that it was a good one, the only time Sean was put on the back foot, was when Al Sharpton mentioned that P Diddy Combs had been invited to the whitehouse as a Republican in support of Bush. It was never revealed if he gave any money to Bush or how much, it was also not mentioned how many mysoginistic, racist words P Diddy uses compared to Timberlake who gave Hilary $800,000.

Nothing will come of this debate sadly, Al Sharpton will not go after any African American rap artists, despite increasingly huge calls for that from the black community. We will see if Bill Cosby, Larry Elder, Micheal Steele or even Condoleeza Rice can use their influence to achieve this.

She also forgets to mention that in the last ten years there have been three school shootings in Germany, also with strict gun laws. Kids in South London are shooting each other and gun violence in UK is up 40% despite strict laws, it is only luck that one of these British thugs has not used their illegal gun in a school.
